## Summary

The refund policy states that purchases are made with Manpreet Singh, LLC dba AppTesters, and that device registrations are paid benefits of membership according to the purchased plan.

All sales are final under all circumstances. The refund policy says AppTesters does not issue refunds before processing, after processing, after device submission, after certificate delivery, after Apple eligibility delays, after certificate revocation or suspension, or because the service does not meet personal expectations.

## Chargebacks and Fees

The refund policy states that chargebacks or payment disputes may terminate membership and blacklist future use of AppTesters services.

Third-party payment providers may charge additional fees depending on payment method, and those fees are non-refundable.

## Revocations and Replacements

The policy says AppTesters guarantees membership remains active for 365 days from initial purchase regardless of Apple's revocation policies. If Apple revokes a certificate, AppTesters will reassign the device or devices to another available certificate at no additional cost, up to a maximum of five eligible replacements. This reassignment is described as a free membership benefit and does not qualify for a refund.

Replacement delivery may take time if Apple places a UDID into an Ineligible state under Apple's policies.
