How long does it take to process my certificate?

Accepted Answer

Certificates are usually delivered within 4 working days. In rare cases, delays may occur due to high demand or Apple server downtime. You’ll get an email when it’s ready and can track status in Orders or the Akentis app.

Question 2

My device is Ineligible for 14 or 30 Days. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Apple may apply an ineligibility period of 14–30 days when a device is added to a developer account. This waiting period is controlled by Apple and cannot be bypassed.

Question 3

Which certificate type should I select when submitting my UDID?

Accepted Answer

A Distribution Certificate provides app notifications and full entitlements. A Development Certificate does not include these entitlements and is typically used for JIT apps.

Question 4

Why can’t you correct my UDID or issue a refund after my membership is processed?

Accepted Answer

Once a UDID is added to our Apple Developer Account, that slot is taken and cannot be reused; therefore refunds aren’t possible after processing.

Question 5

I got a replacement device. Do I have to pay again?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each device has a unique UDID and Apple prevents us from editing, replacing, or removing devices already registered.

Which certificate is best for me?

You can choose any plan, but we generally recommend the Premium Plan for reliability and free yearly renewals.
