1. What information do we collect?
Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect depends on context and may include:

- email addresses
- device identifiers
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases. All payment data is handled and stored by PayPal, Stripe, Blockbee and Razorpay. See their privacy notices: PayPal, Stripe, Blockbee, Razorpay.
Social Media Login Data. If you register via social media, we collect certain profile information as described in “How do we handle your social logins?” below.
Application Data. If you use our application(s), we may collect:
- Mobile Device Access. e.g., camera (configurable in your device settings).
- Push Notifications. We may send push notifications (you can disable in device settings).
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
Google API. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of changes.
2. How do we process your information?
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
We process personal information to:
- Facilitate account creation, authentication, and manage user accounts.
- Deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user.
- Respond to inquiries/offer support.
- Send administrative information (e.g., changes to terms and policies).
- Fulfill and manage orders, payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Enable user-to-user communications (if you choose to use such features).
- Request feedback and contact you about your use of the Services.

We rely on express or implied consent as appropriate. We may disclose de-identified information for approved research subject to oversight.
7. Is your information transferred internationally?
In Short: Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own.
Our servers are located in (location to be specified). Regardless of your location, your information may be processed in our facilities and by third parties with whom we share personal information (see Section 4), including facilities in other countries. For EEA/UK/Swiss residents, such countries may not provide the same level of protection; we will take necessary measures consistent with this Notice and applicable law.
8. How long do we keep your information?
In Short: We keep your information only as long as necessary for stated purposes or as required by law.
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this Notice unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (e.g., tax, accounting). No purpose requires keeping personal information longer than twelve (12) months after termination of a user’s account. When no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely store it until deletion is possible (e.g., backups).

In Short: We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, but no method is 100% secure.
We implement measures designed to protect personal information. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk; use a secure environment.
10. Do we collect information from minors?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18.
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 (or the local equivalent) or you are the parent/guardian and consent to a minor’s use. If we learn that under-18 data has been collected, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. Contact [email protected] if you believe we have such data.
11. What are your privacy rights?
Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, certain U.S. states), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and not be subject to automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If such a decision is made solely by automated means, we will inform you, explain key factors, and offer an easy way to request human review.

You can opt out of marketing via unsubscribe links or by contacting us; we may still send essential non-marketing communications.
Account Information
- Log in to your account settings to review/change information.
- On account termination, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from active databases, retaining some data as needed for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, investigations, enforcement, and legal compliance.

12. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most browsers and some mobile OS/apps include a DNT setting. There is no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals, so we do not respond to them at this time. If such a standard is adopted and we must comply, we will update this Notice. California law requires disclosure: we currently do not respond to DNT signals.
13. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
In Short: Residents of certain U.S. states (e.g., CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, IN, IA, KY, MD, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, OR, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA) may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain copies, withdraw consent, opt out of targeted ads/sale/sharing/profiling with significant effects, and more (subject to limits).

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
Your rights & how to exercise them
- Know whether we process your personal data; access your data; correct inaccuracies; delete data.
- Obtain a copy of personal data you previously shared; non-discrimination for exercising rights.
- Opt out of targeted advertising (or “sharing” under CA law), sale of personal data, or profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects.
- Depending on your state: request categories/specific third parties disclosed to; limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal data; opt out of voice/facial recognition collection (where applicable, e.g., Florida).

You may use an authorized agent; we will verify identity/authority and may request written, signed permission.
Request verification & appeals
We verify identity using information already maintained or by requesting additional information solely for verification/security/fraud prevention. If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing [email protected]. If denied, you may complain to your state AG.
California “Shine the Light”
CA residents may request once per year, free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed for direct marketing and the names/addresses of such third parties. Submit requests via the contact details in Section 16.
14. Do other regions have specific privacy rights?
Australia & New Zealand
We collect/process personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (AU) and Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). This Notice satisfies notice requirements (what we collect, sources, purposes, recipients). If you do not provide information necessary for the purpose, it may affect our ability to offer services, assist requests, manage your account, confirm identity, and protect your account. If you register or log in using social media, we receive certain profile information from that provider (e.g., name, email, friends list, profile picture) per your settings.
