By purchasing any plan with Manpreet Singh, LLC dba AppTesters (“AppTesters”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you become a customer of AppTesters. Any and all device registrations are provided as paid benefits of your membership according to the plan you purchased. You are not directly purchasing a UDID registration or any other Apple-related product from Apple Inc. Your purchase covers the resources, infrastructure, and support services required to operate AppTesters and maintain membership access.

Before Processing

Refunds are only available if your device has not yet been submitted to Apple’s systems for processing. Once our backend begins processing a device under your membership, you are no longer eligible for a refund for any reason.

After Processing

Refunds are not available if:

• Apple revokes or suspends a certificate at any time.
• The service does not meet your personal expectations.
• A device has already been processed with Apple.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your membership will be immediately terminated and you will be permanently blacklisted from future use of AppTesters services.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Blockbee, Razorpay). Extra fees may apply depending on your chosen payment method and are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend memberships if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected. Our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, or others) may independently flag and/or cancel any transaction they deem suspicious.

AppTesters guarantees that your membership remains active for 365 days from your initial purchase, regardless of Apple’s revocation policies. If Apple revokes a certificate, we will reassign your device(s) to another available certificate at no additional cost. This reassignment is a free benefit of your membership and does not qualify for a refund. Delivery of a replacement certificate may take time if Apple places your UDID into an “Ineligible” state per their policies.
